When you buy a new set of GTINs from GS1 it can take up to a few hours for their system to sync with the new GTINs. When you sign up to QR Squared we check the ownership of all GTINs to ensure the correct GTINs are in the correct accounts. So if the GS1 system is not up to date we cannot validate a newly purchased GTIN yet. Give it a couple of hours, and if the issue persists, please contact us.
