The Data Capture form enables you to interact directly with your customers via your QR codes on pack! This is done by adding a module to your landing pages, which you can customise for which data you want to ask your consumers to share with you. When your customers scan your QR codes and are redirected to the landing page, they can follow the instructions to fill in the form, then send it to you via the push of a button.

This is useful if you want to drive repeat purchase via coupons or discount codes, or if you want to run a competition for your customers.

• Go to the Landing Pages tab and either create a new landing page or edit an existing one..

• Add a new element called Form..

• You can add other input fields to the form, for example customer address, by clicking the Add field button, then selecting the field you require. And you can edit the styling of the form (e.g. font colours and sizes, background colour, button colours etc) by clicking on the paint palette icon in the top right corner of the element.
